Roller Derby:
Roller derby involves two teams of players skating in competition for points awarded by passing members of the opposing team. This is a full contact sport performed on quad skates. The outcomes of our competitions are NOT pre-planned, the injuries, time, and effort required to play derby are very real..

The ADA:
We are a Northern Virginia based league, currently looking for NEW RECRUITS. We are Co-ed, meaning men and women may skate together on the same team.  We are proud to be members of the OSDA.

We skate ALL STYLES OF DERBY, this includes, independent leagues, OSDA (Old School Derby Association), and WFTDA (Women's Flat Track Derby Association).

Wanna Play?
New or experienced skaters welcome.

Absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

If you or someone you know is interested in playing roller derby, refereeing, or volunteering please contact us!

Haven't seen skates since Junior High? We are happy to teach you to skate, or help you transition from blades to quads. (Referees may wear in-lines if they choose.)

The antihero is different from the traditional hero of classic literature; antiheroes are defined by their lack of commonly known “heroic” qualities or in extreme cases for their character flaws that may be more closely associated with villainy.  An antihero’s imperfections separate them from the typical hero ideal, this makes them vulnerable . . . human.  They are the everyday man taken to extraordinary lengths; they are unabashedly . . .
